ACCURACY AND PERMISSIONS
Please make sure you have independent verification of any rank, honor, or award made to your nominee. Please make sure any information you supply is accurate and that any web page referred to has accurate details. Please make sure the web link works and there is open access (no password or account needed). If the nominee is still living, you need permission from them or their legal guardian / representative for information to be published. If the nominee is deceased, you must have permission from an immediate family member e.g. spouse, son/daughter, grandson/granddaughter. If you have one, Please email a World War Two era photograph (must be a jpeg file) to us at: briteventsnw@gmail.com
Please state your full name and the name of your honoree in the message body. We assume permission as described above.

ROLL OF HONOR ARRANGEMENTS
You will informed once your submission is accepted. Your honoree will appear on this page on or around Aug 15th 2025 (the form and these notes having been removed). You will share the page with other honorees in an order solely at the discretion of Britevents Northwest.
Depending on how you indicated you wished to receive the Roll of Honor certificate it will be emailed or mailed to you by August 31st 2025. For Parchment copies and framed copies, you will receive a payment link by email on or around August 15th with 14 days terms. The payment is to cover our design, printing, handling and shipping costs only. We will also donate 1 UK Pound to the Royal British Legion for every framed copy paid for. Britevents Northwest is not responsible for damage in transit but will pursue an insurance claim with the shipper to reimburse your payment.

We have limited seating so we do advise you reserve a chair. You are reserving a chair for one hour. Click HERE to reserve a chair.
GUESTS are welcome but you will need to ask for a separate table at check-in if you bring more than one guest. You can also reserve a table through the venue website (link above). Steve will visit your table once you notify him you have arrived.
YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PURCHASE FOOD AND/OR DRINK IF YOU OCCUPY A CHAIR OR TABLE. This is a courtesy to the venue.
WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION BUT CANNOT ATTEND?
